Shipping

Preneur Studios offers free shipping on all orders to the domestic United States.

Once order is received, you will receive an email from orders@preneurstudios.com when your order has been confirmed. We will ship it to you as soon as possible. All packages are processed for shipping within 2-4 business days of your purchase date. Estimated delivery is to be used solely as a guide. If product is not received within 3 weeks of original date of purchase please notify us at admin@preneurstudios.com.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground Home Delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Day-definite delivery in 1–5 business days based on distance to destination. Delivery between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday. 

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground Home Delivery. Day-definite delivery in 3–7 business days based on distance to destination. Delivery by end of business day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International orders are currently unavailable.

Returns

Preneur Studios will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What items are returnable?

• Items within 30 days of purchase.

• All tags attached.

• Package intact.

• Unused and unworn products.

What items are non-refundable?

• Items marked as final sale.

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

• Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

• Collaborative apparel releases.
