Please review the following terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Be advised that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions ( the “acknowledgment” ). We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and these Terms of Use from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications.

All materials, including photographs, illustrations, designs, video clips, music, and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights and trademarks of Preneur Studios. The Contents of our Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

All cancellations must be authorized by email, support@preneurstudios.com within 24 hours for a full refund. For cancelled items, please allow 3-7 business days for your card to be credited.

Preneurstudios.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

All non-confirmed PayPal purchases will be cancelled. If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address, then please use the credit card purchase option instead. 

If your PayPal payment has not cleared within 24 hours of placing your order, the item(s) will be returned to sellable stock. If the item sells before payment has been received, a refund will be given on the order.

Texas residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on their preneurstudios.com purchases. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Texas.  

All Information collected during your visit on preneurstudios.com is kept private and confidential. We respect our customers and keep all information private. By using our services you are providing certain personal data to us. We only retain and use the personal data provided directly by you or for which it is clear that it has been supplied to us to be processed.

• Payment details

Newsletter

We have a newsletter to inform those interested in our products. Your email address will be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent only. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

All products displayed on the Site are only available in the United States while supplies last. Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

To the extent that the Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Preneur Studios does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

This Site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of the Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our Site, and that neither Preneur Studios nor any of its affiliates, owners, agents, officers directors, or employees, shall be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Preneur Studios and/or any of its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees and/or agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to bring any dispute arising under this Agreement exclusively in the State and Federal courts of the State of Texas in Harris County.

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Preneur Studios and may terminate this Agreement at any time, and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Preneur Studios sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if Preneur Studios for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
